LushReads.com does not process payments directly and is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment processing. We reserve the right to modify subscription tiers and feature access at any time.

While participating in the roleplaying chat game, you agree to interact in a manner consistent with the intended purpose of the Service. You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide to the AI.

• You agree not to use the Service to generate or promote illegal content, hate speech, non-consensual imagery, or content that violates the rights of others.
• You understand that the AI's responses are generated based on fictional scenarios and should not be taken as professional advice (medical, legal, or otherwise).
• You must not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying AI models.

All original content provided on LushReads.com, including character designs, lore, stories, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of LushReads.com or its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit permission.

The outputs generated by the AI within your personal chat sessions are for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

LushReads.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service. As the Service relies on third-party AI providers, we cannot guarantee the exact nature or quality of AI-generated responses and images.
